  • SVP and Managing Director of Investment Banking at a top NYSE member firm

  • Founder of a successful investment banking firm acquired by a public company within two years

  • Board member for both private and publicly traded companies

  • Early-stage executive in a pioneering telecom company

  • Accountant and consultant at Deloitte

Credentials include:

  • Extensive experience structuring deals, scaling operations, and guiding capital strategies
